Choosing coats
Anyone who works outside in Canada will tell you a jacket isn't an accessory. Custom jackets and coats keep crews warm and on-brand, make generous gifts for top performers and give a company a sharp, consistent look at client sites. Because they're worn for entire seasons, a decent jacket with your logo on it can do its job across a lot of winters.
This is a higher-priced item, so try before you commit. Ordering a one-piece decorated sample lets you test the fit, the weight and how the logo looks on the actual fabric. Consider who'll wear it and when, because a light shell for spring job sites and a heavy parka for January are two very different purchases that happen to share a category.
Layering affects sizing: people often need room for a hoodie underneath, so ask them to think about that when they send you their size. Left chest is the classic spot for a logo, with a larger mark on the back for visibility on a site. Zippers, seams and pockets limit what's possible, and some fabrics take decoration differently, so check the product page.
