First-day swag that says you're glad they're here
A new hire's first day is mostly paperwork and passwords. A welcome kit is one of the few parts of it that feels personal, and it tells someone they've joined a team before they've found the coffee machine. The kits that work best are made up of things people choose to use: a good hoodie, a tumbler that goes on the desk, a notebook for the first few weeks of writing everything down.
Hiring in small batches changes how you buy. Because there's no minimum order here, you can put together a kit for one new starter or a whole cohort, and order again as you grow. For apparel, it's worth collecting sizes before you order. For hard goods, choose colours that match your brand and will still look right next year.
Remote team? The same logic applies, and a kit that lands on someone's doorstep before their start date does a lot of the work a first-day office tour would. Order a sample of anything you're unsure about, review the digital proof for each item, and approve it before anything goes into production. If you'd rather not build it alone, tell us your budget and headcount and a real person will suggest what to put in the box.
