Choose a product, pick your quantity, colour and options, and add it to your order. When you’re ready, send the request with your contact details and delivery address. There’s no payment at this stage. We review your request, then send a digital proof and a final quote.

Yes. Most product pages have an “Order a sample” box. It adds one piece decorated with your logo to your order, so you can check the quality, colours and placement before the full run. The sample price is confirmed on your quote.

After your order is approved, we email you the amount due and how to pay. You don’t pay anything when you send your request.

Production time varies by product. You’ll find it under “Decoration & specs” on each product page, and you can filter any category by “Need it fast?”. If you have a deadline, enter your in-hands date at checkout so we can plan around it.
