No minimums, and samples if you want them
There’s no minimum order. You can order one piece, two pieces or two thousand. The price per piece usually drops as your quantity goes up, and every product page lays out the price at each quantity so you can see where the savings start. Some products have a one-time setup charge to prepare your logo, and when they do, it’s included in the estimated total. If you’d like to check quality and colour before a bigger run, most products can be ordered as a single decorated sample.
A free digital proof before anything is made
Ordering works like any online shop, with one important difference: nothing is produced until you’ve said yes. Pick your products, send your order with your logo and your in-hands date, and a real person reviews it. We send a digital proof showing your logo on the product along with your final quote. You approve it, then you pay, and then we produce and ship. A vector logo file prints best, but send what you have and we’ll help with the artwork.
Turnaround and shipping
Production time depends on the product and is listed on each product page. On a deadline? The “Need it fast?” filter narrows any category to products that can be produced within 3, 5 or 10 working days. Shipping is quoted with your proof, so you’ll see the full cost before you commit, and we’ll email you the carrier and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order as few as one piece of any product. The price per piece usually drops as your quantity goes up, and each product page shows the price at every quantity.
Do I pay when I send my order?
No. Sending your order starts the process. We send a digital proof and final quote, and once you approve them we email you the amount due and how to pay.
Can I see my logo on the product first?
Yes. You get a free digital proof before anything is produced, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Want to hold the real thing? Most products can be ordered as a one-piece decorated sample.
How long does production take?
It depends on the product. Production time is listed on each product page, and you can filter any category by how quickly you need it. Tell us your in-hands date when you order and we'll work from there.
Do you ship outside Alberta?
Yes. We're based in Alberta and work with businesses across North America. Shipping is quoted along with your proof, and you can switch between Canadian and US dollars at the top of any page.
