Recognition Tower Award

Recognition should be designed to acknowledge specific accomplishments, be tied to business goals and have a tangible reminder of the accomplishment. These stackable Optical milestone towers help each employee build their own tower of recognition. The Optical blocks can be stacked in any configuration. Start with the base and include a company logo or mission statement - everything needed to identify a corporate culture. The next block should be the cap; then every block that follows interlocks between the cap and base. Give a block for each landmark event: Anniversaries Training Milestones Safety Records Achievements Successes Team Efforts Sales Goals Business Achievements Fund Raising Community Involvement Above & Beyond. 2.25" W x 1.125" H x 2.25" D
