Heat tape dispenser 1" and 3" diameter spool, easy to switch over by hand. The length of the cutting tape is the same, and the outside concealable cutter blade turns on for cutting to any length. Easy tape lifting with finger space. Handles tapes up to 1.5" wide. Rotating windmill design for multiple cuts.
