About this product

This mandoline slicer features a spring-loaded pump-handle mechanism with a safety hopper that keeps hands away from internal stainless steel blades. Adjustable knobs control slice thickness and toggle between slicing and julienne cuts. Includes a plastic collection container that fits under the base, plus a storage lid for keeping sliced vegetables fresh. The rear support leg folds flat for compact storage.
