About this product
Cook your meal to the exact temperature needed every time. There are 9 pre-set temperatures for poultry, meat, and fish. The leave-in stainless steel probe and cord can withstand up to 700F. Choose USDA or chef-recommended temperatures for optimal taste. Other features include a simple button interface to scroll through menu options and a warning alert when food is within 10F of your desired temperature.
