Our ice pack is made of medical grade pvc and non toxic gel, can be used directly on the skin, and it is non toxic and safe for sensitive skin. Thick medical grade plastic is lined and sealed to prevent leakage or puncture. Heat in microwave or hot water for 10 seconds for heat therapy, chill in freezer for at least 2 hours for cold therapy, and let stand for a few minutes before use.
