Embroidered Applique Emblems

Embroidered Appliqué Emblems are manufactured with 100% polyester twill fabrics and embroidery threads to create a distinctive, layered, and tactile design. Pre-cut fabric pieces are stitched into the design, adding texture while reducing embroidery stitches and production time. Available with up to 15 thread colours per design and multiple fabric colors and layers, which are ideal for larger emblems, uniforms, jackets, sports jerseys, crests, and logos. Choose from high-melt or low-melt glue, pressure-sensitive, hook-and-loop fastener, or non-woven backings for heat-seal, stick-on, or sew-on applications. Emblems can be produced in basic or intricate shapes, with a Merrow or stitched border, and are commercially and industrially launderable, depending on backing and application method. Metallic threads and HiVis twill fabrics are also available for added style and visibility.
