The package only contains 1 shoe stretcher, this shoe stretcher can be used for both left and right shoes. Effectively stretches the length and width of your shoe, expanding shoe to fit your foot perfectly. Simply place the shoe stretcher into the shoe, rotate as directed, leave for 24-48 hours, the shoes will stretch. Can be used on flats shoes, casual shoes, canvas shoes, sports shoes, tennis shoes etc. Comes with 4 plug attachments and 6 holes to help customize your stretch area. 8.6" L x 11" W x 4" H
