This re-sealer keeps leftover Champagne fresh and flavorful. After placing the stopper on the bottle of sparkling wine and snapping the swing-down arms in place begin to pump the top button up and down. Do this until resistance is felt, it will keep bubbles fizzy longer. Turn the top to mark the date of the month that you sealed the bottle. 3" H x 1 3/8" Diameter
