This premium cushioned mailer envelope is constructed from a durable co-extruded plastic film with an integrated bubble cushioning layer for superior protection during transit. The rectangular flat-pack design features sealed side and bottom gussets, ensuring a lightweight, water-resistant barrier that shields contents from moisture and rough handling. The entire surface is laminated with a uniform grid of raised air-filled bubbles, providing shock absorption on the interior to safeguard fragile items like documents, small electronics, and promotional materials. It includes inner membrane, bubble membrane and pearlescent membrane. A self-sealing peel-and-stick adhesive closure strip is located along the top flap, protected by a silicone-coated release liner backing.
